Services
We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. These are additional types of inspections that you may be interested in hiring us to perform for you. Feel free to ask your inspector about additional inspection services.
Qualifications
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
Sample Reports
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.
About Me
I received my pre-licensure certification from Inspection Certification Associates, Chicago, Illinois. A 120 hr. Professional Real Estate Inspections Certification Program. I graduated in November 2021. I sat for the National Home Inspector Examination; which is the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors, and passed the boards in June 2023.
I joined International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and became an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, October 2023.
I enjoy working with people through the process of buying a new home. Whether you’re a first-time home buyer, a multi home buyer, or an agent. Not only will you have my committed attention to detail and transparency; I also want you to have the knowledge of your new home so you feel comfortable with your purchase. Meet the Inspector
My name is Paul Enix
My inspection career began in 1999 as a commercial diver completing various inspections for nuclear power plants, hydro dams, and bridges throughout the Midwest, South, and East coast.
I moved into a Management position in 2010; upon which I inspected and maintained all of the safety related equipment related to the commercial diving industry. In October of 2023 I decided to retire from the industry to pursue my interest in real estate inspections as full time profession.
